• Commerce Trust Bank acts as trustee and fund administrator under Cayman Islands law.

• Trust and fund services are provided in accordance with applicable regulations and fiduciary standards.

• Clients acknowledge that trust arrangements and fund management involve legal and financial obligations that Commerce Trust Bank fulfills with due diligence.

6. Multi-Currency Accounts and Crypto Services

• Commerce Trust Bank provides multi-currency accounts and supports crypto-related transactions where permitted by law.

• You are responsible for compliance with your jurisdiction’s tax and regulatory requirements.

• Commerce Trust Bank does not provide investment advice for cryptocurrencies, and all crypto transactions are at your own risk.
